Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Ridge Insurance Associates and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around customer complaints clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling customer complaints. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
