Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Cedar Amber Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for underwriting files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around underwriting files clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Colorado Springs. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
