Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Cedar Field Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Houston, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around project schedules clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
