Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Redstone Corner Construction is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling change orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
