Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Westbrook Kestrel Staffing is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for timekeeping, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 261 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around timekeeping clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling timekeeping. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Atlanta. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
