Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Oak Banking Services Partners and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around branch operations clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling branch operations. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
