Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Nova Umber Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Austin serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around account openings clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
