Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Harborlight Kestrel Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Charlotte. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of about 474 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around customer complaints clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling customer complaints. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Charlotte. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
