Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Amberfield West Arts Center is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for ticketing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Evenings and weekends are part of the job. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around ticketing clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling ticketing. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
