Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

We are growing our team at Nova Fern Environmental Services and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around recycling loads clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Pittsburgh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
