Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Redstone Kestrel Manufacturing is a Tucson manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around production lines clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling production lines. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
