Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Stone Facilities and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. Clear communication between supervisors and crews matters. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around contractor visits clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling contractor visits. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Madison. • We reply to every applicant.
