Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Silverline Banking Services is a regional lender in San Antonio with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 85 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around branch operations clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling branch operations. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in San Antonio. • We reply to every applicant.
