Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Rowan Banking Services Group and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around loan files clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling loan files. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
