Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (remote)

Ironwood Junction Markets Partners operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Little Rock. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around store inventory clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling store inventory. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
