Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Raleigh, NC)

Fernwood Rook Medical is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for complaint handling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around complaint handling clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling complaint handling. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Raleigh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
