Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Nova Summit Construction and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling change orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
