Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Vista Staffing and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around onboarding clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
