Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Phoenix, AZ)

Bluepeak Rook Press Group prints books, catalogues and packaging from its Phoenix plant. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. We like people who notice details. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around paper stock clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling paper stock. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
