Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Redstone Fern Farms and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 13 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Explain our services around packing house output clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling packing house output. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
