Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Nashville, TN)

Bluepeak Loom Construction Group builds commercial and industrial projects around Nashville, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around project schedules clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
