Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Miami, FL)

Redstone Birch Farms is an agricultural business based around Miami, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around cold storage clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
