Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Louisville, KY)

Ironwood Ashton Hospitality runs guest-focused properties across the Louisville area, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Promotion from within is common. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around food costs clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling food costs. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Louisville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
