Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Kansas City, MO)

Lumen Sparrow Banking Services is a community-focused bank in Kansas City serving households and small businesses, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around card disputes clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling card disputes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
