Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Kansas City, MO)

Fernwood Loom Insurance is an insurance company in Kansas City with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around customer complaints clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
