Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Kansas City, MO)

Bluepeak Vale Staffing Group is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for temp assignments, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 177 people based in Kansas City. What you will do • Explain our services around temp assignments clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling temp assignments. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Kansas City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
