Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Kansas City, MO)

Lumen Bridge Facilities is a facilities company in Kansas City with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around work orders clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling work orders. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Kansas City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
