Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Jacksonville, FL)

Summit Sable Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Jacksonville region. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 81 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around candidate screening clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling candidate screening. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Jacksonville. • We reply to every applicant.
