Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Jackson, MS)

Greenridge Lantern Construction is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around change orders clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling change orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
