Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Grand Rapids, MI)

Fernwood West Energy Group supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Explain our services around hardship programmes clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling hardship programmes. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Grand Rapids, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
