Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Grand Rapids, MI)

Bluepeak Birch Arts Center is a cultural organisation in Grand Rapids presenting exhibitions and performances. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around visitor services clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling visitor services. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
