Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Grand Rapids, MI)

We are growing our team at Lumen Clear Inspection Services and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Explain our services around test reports clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling test reports. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We reply to every applicant.
