Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Grand Rapids, MI)

Greenridge North Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Grand Rapids plant, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Grand Rapids. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around customer orders clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling customer orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Grand Rapids. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
