Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Meridian Foods and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. Food safety is non-negotiable and we train for it. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around cold storage clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling cold storage. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
