Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Fort Worth, TX)

Ironwood Maple Financial serves customers across Fort Worth with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around loan applications clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling loan applications. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
