Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Fort Worth, TX)

Foxglove Rook Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around premium billing clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling premium billing. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
