Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Fort Worth, TX)

Redstone Orchard Freight moves freight for manufacturers and retailers out of Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of about 859 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around carrier rates clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling carrier rates. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
