Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Fort Worth, TX)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak River Staffing and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. Recruiters here keep in touch with people long after placement. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around client orders clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling client orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
