Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (El Paso, TX)

Redstone Glen Freight is a El Paso logistics company with trucks, warehouses and dispatch. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in El Paso. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around proof of delivery clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling proof of delivery. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in El Paso, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
