Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (El Paso, TX)

Foxglove Nest Staffing is looking for a Senior Sales Representative. The job centres on inbound leads for retention, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling retention. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in El Paso. • We reply to every applicant.
