Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Detroit, MI)

Northwind Fern Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Detroit area, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Explain our services around outage reports clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling outage reports. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
