Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Detroit, MI)

We are growing our team at Redstone Quarry Farms Group and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. Weather sets the schedule, and we plan around it. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around grower contracts clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling grower contracts. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
