Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Des Moines, IA)

Rivermark Hollow Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Des Moines, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Dispatch, drivers and warehouse staff talk to each other constantly. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around proof of delivery clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Des Moines. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
