Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Colorado Springs, CO)

Lumen Hollow Farms grows and distributes produce from farms near Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Colorado Springs. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around packing house output clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling packing house output. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
