Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Cleveland, OH)

Harborlight Construction Group is a Cleveland contractor with project managers, trades and support staff, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. Good people move up quickly. What you will do • Explain our services around safety records clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling safety records. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
