Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Baltimore, MD)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Union Hospitality and adding a Senior Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be inbound leads. Guests remember kindness. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around reviews and feedback clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling reviews and feedback. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
