Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Austin, TX)

Amberfield Juniper Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Austin, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around group events clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling group events. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
