Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Austin, TX)

Redstone Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Austin, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around deposit accounts clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Austin. • We reply to every applicant.
