Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Austin, TX)

Redstone Ridge Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Austin. We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to take on inbound leads. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Explain our services around underwriting files clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling underwriting files. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
