Senior Sales Representative - inbound leads (Austin, TX)

Summit River Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Austin, and we need a Senior Sales Representative to lead our inbound leads. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around claims clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling claims. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Austin, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
